How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Performancebelt Restoration wants homeowners who contact us to receive fair and honest treatment. Please let us know when something goes wrong. This page outlines how to complain and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Concerns You Can Raise

You can tell us about:

  • Your experience calling or otherwise contacting Performancebelt Restoration
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Website information that seems incorrect or unclear
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

When the Concern Involves Work

Providers in our network run independent businesses. They are responsible for their estimates, prices, work and customer service. For a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to speak directly with the provider. Keep a written record of that exchange.

Please also tell us what happened. Provider feedback helps us maintain an honest network. A provider that repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed. Performancebelt Restoration cannot resolve contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for that provider.

Details to Send Us

Write to contact@performancebelt.bond with:

  • Your name and contact details
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or form you used, if you recall it
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and the action you want us to take

How We Handle Your Message

We will confirm receipt of your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened and may contact the provider as part of that review. Our reply will explain our findings and any action we are taking.

Options After Our Reply

If our response does not address your concern, reply and ask for another review. You may also approach your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help with concerns involving licensed contractors.
